Not every signal needs to be loud. The Semi-Precious Gay Pride Bracelet carries one of the most recognised symbols in the world, translated into genuine gemstones that read as refined jewellery first and a pride signal to those who know.
Wear it to a client meeting, a family dinner, or just your morning commute. To most people, it's a beautiful stone bracelet. To the right people, it says everything.
The Semi-Precious Gay Pride Bracelet translates the six colours of the original 1979 Pride Flag into genuine gemstones. Each colour is represented by a carefully chosen semi-precious stone: red and orange carnelian, yellow jasper, green agate, light blue chalcedony, and purple amethyst, all set on a base of black agate quartz.
The result is a bracelet that reads as refined gemstone jewellery and a pride signal to those who know. The natural variation in each stone means no two bracelets are identical.
Each bracelet is handmade in the UK by disabled artisans at Watford Workshop, a charity providing meaningful employment and a living wage. The bold design uses high-density coloured beads with genuine black agate quartz, a gemstone valued for its grounding qualities and durability.
Your purchase supports two communities: LGBTQ+ visibility and disability inclusion.
In 1979, the LGBTQ+ community adopted this six-colour version of the rainbow flag, evolved from Gilbert Baker's original eight-stripe design of 1978. It has since become a universal symbol of queer pride.
