We are determined to get your items to you as soon as possible, and endeavour to ship all orders the next day. You will receive a tracking number to help you keep track of your order, and you can also opt in to receive a text confirmation for added peace of mind. Please ensure that your address is correct, as we cannot be held responsible if details are incorrect. We will, however, endeavour to help if possible.
We have a few different options when it comes to shipping, depending on where in the world you are:
United Kingdom
- Standard delivery (2-4 business days): free on orders over £25. A small shipping charge applies to orders under £25, shown at checkout.
- Tracked delivery (2-3 business days): shown at checkout.
- Express delivery (next working day): shown at checkout.
European Union
- The issues surrounding the exit of the UK from the EU, coupled with the pandemic, has made shipping to the European Union a little more challenging. As a result, we have temporarily paused orders to the EU.
Rest of the World
- Shipping will be sent via Royal Mail – we may not be able to track your package once it arrives in your destination country
- Due to the pandemic, shipping times can be variable, so please allow 20-50 days for delivery of your item
- VAT is not applied at the checkout; please be aware, however, that you may be expected to pay VAT when the order arrives in your country.
