These terms govern the sale of products by RCREW Limited to you. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
When you place an order, we'll send you an email confirming receipt. Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept that offer when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. The contract between us is formed at that point. Any items not confirmed in a dispatch email are not part of that contract.
Dispatch estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. If any item in your order turns out to be unavailable, we'll let you know by email as soon as possible.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at the point of order. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. If a payment cannot be processed, your order will not be fulfilled and we'll contact you.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Full details of our returns process are set out on our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges page.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have the right to cancel a standard order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@rcrew.co.uk within that period.
Please note: this cancellation right does not apply to bespoke or made-to-order items - including custom-sized bracelets and bulk orders made to specification - as these are exempt under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything in these terms.
Where a discount code is issued with a stated expiry date, it is only valid within that period and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Where no expiry date is stated, the code remains valid until withdrawn. RCREW reserves the right to withdraw or amend any offer at any time.
By using our website or placing an order, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically. All agreements, notices and communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All content on rcrew.com - including our name, logo, product images, and written content - is owned by or licensed to RCREW Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it without our written permission.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We're responsible for losses you suffer as a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of us breaching these terms. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or any business losses including lost profits, lost data or wasted expenditure. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We're not liable for any delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We may update these terms at any time. The terms in force when you place your order will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. If we don't enforce a right at a particular time, we retain the right to do so in the future.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
