We want you to be completely happy with your RCREW bracelet. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help. This policy applies to all orders placed at rcrew.com and sets out your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return an item. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Please use a tracked postal service when returning your item. We are unable to process refunds for items that are lost in transit and not tracked.
1. Contact us first via the contact page on rcrew.com, quoting your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the returns address and any further instructions.
2. Package your item securely in its original packaging, include your paper invoice, and send it to the returns address using a tracked postal service.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued within 2–4 working days. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
Refunds cover the cost of the item only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Please allow 2–4 working days for your refund to appear in your account after we have processed it.
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or style. Contact us via the contact page, quoting your order number and the item you would like in exchange. Subject to availability, we will arrange the exchange once we have received your original item.
If your item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return postage and offer a full refund or replacement at your preference.
Please note: our bracelets are made from natural semi-precious stones, which can vary in shade, pigmentation, and texture. This is a natural characteristic of the material and not a fault. If you are unsure whether your bracelet has a genuine defect, please get in touch and we will be happy to advise.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return the item. Our 30-day return window exceeds this legal minimum.
