In an ideal world, you would love everything about your product the first time, but we get it – sometimes life happens. In the event that you are unhappy with your product, or have simply changed your mind, you are entitled to a refund provided that the refund is requested within 14 days of purchase, and that we receive the item within this period. If there has been a mistake with your order, please contact is as soon as possible to allow us to rectify the situation.
In order to request a refund, you must first contact us within 14 days of purchase to let us know that you would like to return an item for refund. The item must be in a resalable condition, and we must receive the item within 14 days. Once we have the item, your refund will be issued – please allow 2-4 days for this to reach your account.
To return your item, please include the paper invoice you received with the parcel – this will ensure we have your full details and order number – and return the item, in original packaging, to the returns address on the invoice. Please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs. If your item is lost and not tracked, we will be unable to process the refund.
You may also be able to exchange the item – just send a message through the contact page, stating the item you wish to exchange, along with your order number. If there is a price difference, you will need to pay this.
